Job for the position of Branch Head
- Job Title: Branch Head
- Location: TerminixSIS India Pvt. Ltd. Branch Office
- Reporting to : AVP (Region)
- Grade / Band: 5A/ 4B
Deliverables
As Business Head of the Branch, will be responsible to deliver business results set as per Annual Business Plan in terms of Service Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer retention and Manpower planning. Overall Branch management and execution of business through policy implementation and strategies required with the changing business environment.
Job description
- The Person will be a profit center head of a particular branch.
- Responsible for meeting the annual business plan (ABP) targets for a particular Branch.
- To ensure achievement of revenue and profit margin.
- 100% payment collection in order to control DSO.
- To ensure smooth operations through proper inventory management.
- Nurture customer relationship through higher C-SAT Score and other compliance audit score.
- Business development through Cross sell and Upsell.
- Must be of Good Team manager with low manpower attrition.
- Managing low disbandment and high Customer retention.
Personnel Specification
- Age: 35 years
- Qualification: Incumbent must be graduated preferably Post Graduate. Degree in Operation management will be an added benefit.
Experience
- Minimum 9-12 years’ experience in Operations role, preferably in an independent capacity in similar industry or Manpower driven service industry (like – Facility Management, Logistics etc.).
- At least 3 years as a P/L Head of Small Branch having business of more than 60 lacs PM and have handled 1500 more than Manpower strength.
- Exposed in IR issues and able to manage blue color/ field employees.
- Proven ability to influence client to retain and increase branch business.
- Sound understanding of operations, business and acumen for commercials are must.
Personality & Desired traits
- Should have entrepreneurial courage, adaptable and must be willing and able to work in a team, should be able to build and develop team.
- Needs to understand ‘why’ things occur. Always driving to the core of the issue and trying to understand how choices are made and how people are motivated.
- Should be creative, able to see big picture and able to fulfill his and company commitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, results driven and customer focused.
- Excellent IT skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point. (Competencies defined earlier will be stated in generic terms)

Job Description for the position of Branch Service Supervisor
- Job Title: Branch Service Supervisor

- Grade / Band: Non Banded
Deliverables
A Branch Service Supervisor will be responsible to deliver results set during Annual Business Plan in terms of Operations (Disbandment, Process Adherence, Employee Grievance Handling and Customer retention. Overall customer’s Site Management and execution of operations by process adherence and implementing policies and best practices.
Job description
- Regular visit of customer site or as assigned by AM/Mgr (Ops) to ensure smooth service operation.
- Raise Alarm to AM / Manager (Ops) on any deficiencies in manpower and service.
- Customer relationship management and disbandment control.
- Ensure timely/ monthly billing and payment collection from each assigned sites of a customer.
- Must be a good team handler with an ability to address employee grievances effectively.
- Performing routine Audit at customer site and sharing detail report to the client.
- Ensure availability of Material and equipment at site/Branch in order to have smooth operation.
- Plan,Recruit and train Manpower for smooth service operation.
Personnel Specification
- Age: 25 years
- Qualification: Incumbent must be graduated preferably Post Graduate.
Experience
- Minimum 7 – 8 years’ experience in Operations role, preferably in an independent capacity in similar industry or Manpower driven service industry (like – Facility Management, Logistics etc.).
- At least 3 years as a Unit commander of unit having 200 more than Manpower strength.
- Exposed to blue color/ field employees.
- Able to interact with client to understand concern and able to resolve independently.
Personality & Desired traits
- Good mental and physical condition.
- Able to motivate, train and retain front end staff at Units.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, results driven and customer focused.
